Abstract

Human resources are central figures in organizations and companies so that management activites run well, companies must have and high skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. In the current era of globalization which is full of challenges and intense competition among companies to achieve their goals. One of the company's goals is to get profits or profits and survive in the long term to manage the company with all the organizational resources it has. One organizational resource that has an important role in achieving its objectives is human resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sri Indah Aluminum Exxrusions. The method used in this study is quantitative. The results showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 10,866, while the value of t table was 1,98260 so t> t table with a significance value = 0,000> 0.05. Work Discipline variables have a negative and significant effect on Employee performance, with a t value of - 1.044, while the t table value is 1.98260, so t count <t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously leadership style and work discipline significantly influence employee performance as evidenced by the f value of 164.153 while f table 3.08 so that f count> f table.
