ANALISIS USER EXPERIENCE PADA WEBSITE LABORATORIUM UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG MENGGUNAKAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE

Abstrak

The Integrated Laboratory Website of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang is an information and laboratory service platform used by students, lecturers, and staff. This study aims to analyze the user experience, identify aspects requiring improvement, and provide recommendations for website development using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). A descriptive quantitative method was employed involving 100 respondents, with data collected through online and offline UEQ questionnaires and analyzed using the UEQ Data Analysis Tool (UEQ-DAT). The results showed mean scores of 0.95 for Attractiveness, 0.71 for Perspicuity, 0.83 for Efficiency, 0.90 for Dependability, 0.85 for Stimulation, and 0.54 for Novelty. Based on the UEQ benchmark, Perspicuity was categorized as Bad, while the other five scales were categorized as Below Average. These findings indicate that the website's User Experience still requires improvement, particularly in terms of clarity, ease of use, and innovation.
