The method used in developing the system is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, menu design, VBA coding, program testing, and maintenance. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Prototype development model with a mixed-methods approach. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code and integrated with the cloud database platform Firebase to enable real-time data updates. Data were collected through observation, Likert-scale questionnaires, and interviews involving 15 respondents consisting of hotel administrators, housekeeping staff, and operational managers. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and regression analysis using SPSS. The results indicate that information system quality has a positive and significant effect on system effectiveness, with a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.949. This finding indicates that 94.9% of the system’s effectiveness is influenced by system quality, which includes technical quality, data integration, accessibility, and security. In addition, interview results reveal that the system improves work efficiency, reduces recording errors, and supports employee productivity through real-time room status updates. Tweets were collected via Tweet Harvester by applying keyword-based filtering over the August–October 2025 period. Prior to model implementation, the textual dataset underwent comprehensive preprocessing, including data cleaning, case normalization, lexical standardization, tokenization, stopword elimination, and stemming. Sentiment labels were generated using a lexicon-based approach to distinguish between positive and negative opinions. The processed data were divided into training and testing subsets for classification. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy metrics derived from the confusion matrix. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-library application to improve the efficiency and accuracy of library administration. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which emphasizes incremental development, user involvement, and flexibility in handling changing requirements. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to identify system requirements. The developed application provides features for managing book data, member registration, borrowing and returning transactions, recording damaged and lost books, book procurement, and automatic report generation. MySQL is used as the database to ensure structured and integrated data storage. This study aims to design and develop a web-based interior design service system by applying the Waterfall method to ensure a structured and systematic development process. These limitations are critical because cleanroom production processes demand high accuracy and strict control. This study aims to design and develop a web-based output assembly monitoring information system that provides real-time and structured production data. The research applies a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Scrum software development method. Research stages include problem identification, literature review, system requirements analysis, system design, prototype development, and system testing. The system is developed using web-based technology with a centralized database to support data input, processing, and information presentation. The results show that the proposed system improves information accessibility, minimizes data recording errors, and provides real-time visualization of production performance through a monitoring dashboard. Metode pengembangan menggunakan SDLC model Waterfall dengan arsitektur Frontend React.js, Backend Node.js, dan basis data MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan Black Box Testing. This study proposes a Smart Pricing and menu bundling recommendation system for Moon Cafe Batam using data intelligence. The research applies the CRISP-DM framework to analyze historical transaction data from a POS system. The FP-Growth algorithm is used to identify frequent itemsets and association rules that represent customer purchasing patterns. These patterns are combined with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS/HPP) calculations to generate menu bundling and pricing recommendations that consider profitability. The system is implemented as a web-based application using React.js, PHP, and MySQL, and evaluated through black-box testing. This system is integrated with a barcode scanner and a thermal printer to support sales processing. An iterative software development approach with steps such as: requirements, design and development, testing and evaluation were used to ensure that the system is designed and developed according to the stores documented needs. The system is designed to support three user roles, namely the administrator, cashier, and employee, each with different access rights. The developed application allows the administrator to manage master data and reports as well as backup and restore feature, for cashiers to process sales and return submissions due to buyer complaints to the administrator, and for employees to manage pickup and delivery sales as well as return submissions for problematic products at the store to the administrator. Evaluation results show that the system operates correctly and fulfills the operational needs in Store I.M. However, the quality of these services still raises concerns, such as unfriendly user interfaces, delayed payment confirmations, and slow customer service responses. This study aims to analyze the quality of online ticket booking services at three major amusement parks—Trans Studio, Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII)—and measure the gap between user expectations and perceptions using the SERVQUAL method. This quantitative research involved distributing questionnaires to 390 respondents. The research instrument is based on five SERVQUAL dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results reveal that all three amusement parks showed negative gap scores, indicating that the services did not meet user expectations. TMII recorded the highest average gap of - 0.44, while Trans Studio had the smallest gap of -0.27, making it the park with the best perceived service quality. Assurance and Reliability were identified as the most problematic dimensions.
