RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ABSENSI KARYAWAN PADA PT AYATANA MULTI MARINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM

Abstrak

PT Ayatana Multi Marine still applies employee attendance system using paper-based timesheets, which causes various problems such as incomplete records, low data validity, and time-consuming recap processes. This condition also makes it difficult for administrators and management to monitor employee attendance in a structured and continuous manner. This study aims to design and develop a web-based employee attendance information system to replace the manual process, improve data accuracy, and accelerate attendance management and reporting. The system was developed using the Scrum method, which is part of Agile Software Development, through the stages of product backlog, sprint planning, sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. This iterative and adaptive approach allows the system to be built according to user needs and continuous feedback, resulting in a more effective and efficient attendance management system for PT Ayatana Multi Marine
