<p><em>Data security is a crucial aspect in today's digital era, especially with the increasing exchange of information over the network, so network security seeks to secure from physical and logical dangers and threats that can steal personal data. This research aims to analyse and design a text data security system by utilising the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) cryptographic algorithm in order to increase the level of security and integrity of text data through the application of reliable cryptographic technology. The research method used is Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) 256 to analyse text data, and later the text data will be processed using the SHA 256 application to find out how it works and its implementation on securing text data. The results for how SHA works have a predetermined initial value for each hash literacy generated from several prime numbers, the message to be hashed is divided into smaller blocks, each of which has a length of 512 bits and padding is done so that the length of the text can be divided by 512 which later for each text block is processed repeatedly for 64 rounds, after all text blocks are processed, the resulting hash value is a series of bits with a certain length. The results for the SHA implementation steps are first to take the text data to be secured, then convert the text data into ASCII/Unicode format, run the SHA algorithm to find the hash value, save the hash value into the database, then verify the authenticity of the text data, run the SHA algorithm on the data and compare the hash value generated with the hash value previously stored, if the result is the same, then the text data is original. <p><em>The research proposes an IoT-based temperature alarm system addressing challenges in maintaining precise enclosure temperatures for reptile husbandry. The system, utilizing the DHT11 temperature sensor and Blynk platform, enables remote monitoring of reptile enclosures. When temperatures deviate from the desired range, the sensor transmits data to the system controller, which, in turn, sends warning notifications to users' smartphones. This prototype empowers users to make timely adjustments, such as deactivating UV lamps or activating fans, to maintain optimal enclosure temperatures. Ultimately, the system offers a practical solution for reptile caretakers, ensuring the well-being of reptiles by closely mimicking their native habitats through effective temperature control.</em></p>Setia NingsihEllbert Hutabri

<p>PT Racer Technology Batam is a private manufacturing company. This research analyzes the productivity of the work process in the spray painting department. The study aims to identify factors influencing productivity in the Spray Painting Department, understand the form of production process productivity in the Spray Painting Department, and propose improvements to enhance productivity in the production process of the Spray Painting Department. Secondary data, obtained from the productivity data of the spray painting department at PT. Racer Technology Batam, is used in this study. The data is then analyzed using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The research results indicate fluctuating productivity indices each month in the spray painting department. Based on the weight calculation for each indicator, indicator A has a weight of 56%, indicator B 22%, indicator C 16%, and indicator D 7%. The productivity index calculation from January 2023 to October 2023 reveals the highest productivity index in April 2023 with a productivity value of 868 and a productivity index increase of 139.78% compared to the previous month. Leveraging web-based technology, the system features an online registration form, integration with the student database, an automated academic selection workflow, and a real-time monitoring dashboard for administrators. Emphasizing data security and selection process integrity, the system aims to optimize the overall experience for both administrators and applicants. The outcomes of this research are expected to significantly contribute to streamlining the admission and academic selection processes at SMK Eben Haezer. <p><em>The use of computers began for typing until now computers can become tools that imitate the work of the human brain. The watermelon plant is a fruit plant generally used by Indonesian people. However, watermelon plants are plants that are susceptible to disease attacks. To be able to manage the plants well, farmers need to make efforts to deal with them, both in selecting seeds and increasing production. The source of the problem is the fact that watermelon plants are very susceptible to plant diseases which can and do attack at any time, whether from sprouting or sowing seeds until harvest time. Therefore, this research was carried out by creating an expert system application that provides information about diseases that attack watermelon plants and identifies disease symptoms based on physical characteristics so that the expert system application can help farmers in dealing with diseases and can provide solutions to overcome them. Expert systems are a branch of artificial intelligence that can help humans to solve various problems as if the human were an expert who can solve problems. <p><em>The temperature in the room in the milling section reaches 37'C which is not in accordance with the limit of room temperature regulations. Employees who are too tired to work with hot room conditions make work concentration unfocused and can endanger the workers themselves. The purpose of this study is to determine the state of room temperature at PT Team Metal Indonesia, determine the concentration of working employees at PT Team Metal Indonesia and the relationship between room temperature and concentration of working employees at PT Team Metal Indonesia. This study uses a simple regression method. Based on the results of the study, it is known from the measurement of room temperature that the average value is 39.77 and the percentage value is 79.54%. This value is not good at the room temperature in the company. It is known from the measurement results on work concentration that the average value is 40 and the percentage value is 80%. This value is not good for the concentration of work felt at the company and there is a significant influence between room temperature and work concentration on milling department employees at PT Team Metal Indonesia.</em></p>Ferdian PratamaSri Zetli

<p><em>Working with ISO Tank container loading and unloading equipment, personnel are employed in morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and their tasks are completed around the clock. Operators of ISO Tank Containers put in eight hours a day, and by taking shifts, they may work up to twelve hours. A packed timetable adds to the operator's burden. The aim of this study is to ascertain the physical workload level of PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam isotank operators using the %CVL method, the mental workload level of PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam isotank operators using the NASA-TLX method, and the difference in physical and mental workload on PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam isotank operators. This study employs quantitative methods. The first variable, physical workload, is derived from the %CVL formula, which takes into account pre-work and work pulses. The second variable, mental workload, is derived from the NASA-TLX questionnaire, which includes performance, effort, frustration level, mental demand, physical demand, and temporal demand. The findings demonstrated that, according to the %CVL measurement, ISO Tank operators at PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals Batam most frequently experienced a physical workload with the classification of Improvement required, and that, according to the NASA-TLX measurement, their most common mental workload was in the High category.</em></p>Roy CandraSri Zetli

<p>Competition in the food Industry, is not only on the scale of the output production or brand, but also on the quality of products produced. The company needs to take quality control measures to maintain the quality of their products to comfrom to the quality standards set by the company, so that their products can be accepted by consumers. Griya Kripik Tempe is a company in the food which in the production process the are still various and fluctuating defects.The purpose of this study was to identify the level of variation in defects in the production process, identify the level of quality control performance by finding the value of DPMO, and tools design of cutting with of QFD method, fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. The results showed that there no data out of control limits by p-chart,this value is still relatively low. Based on the fishbone diagram, it was found that human, machine, method, material and environmental factors were the cause of defects in kripik tempe production. Utilizing web technology, it enables seamless access from various locations and devices, streamlining pharmacy operations.The system's design integrates features like recording drug transactions, precise stock monitoring, and an intuitive user interface. Its primary objective is to offer an efficient solution for pharmacy management, ultimately enhancing customer service. Rafa Farma Pharmacy serves as the main case study, with the objective of overcoming access restrictions associated with the current system. <p><em>UKM SBS Garage and Paint is a service business in the field of vehicle painting services in Batam. When finished painting, the painter has a problem, namely large and medium-sized vehicle parts will be left for drying not enough to load into the storage cabinet, so that the drying process time becomes long and the storage cabinet is dirty, so the work process becomes late due to waiting for more time, and makes customers wait due to the delay in time from the agreement then the business location has a small size so that there is a lack of neatness due to the large number of vehicle parts. The purpose of this study was to find out a redesign that can shorten the drying time. The method used in this study is the NIDA (Need, Idea, Decision and Action) method. The result of this study is to get a design choice as needed (need) is an alternative with action, namely increasing the size of the cabinet with 180cm x 80cm x 180cm (length x width x height) with the use of iron and aluminum materials with the addition of 4 wheels and 8 pieces of incandescent lamps. After data analysis and data testing, the results obtained that the old storage cabinet can cover a temperature of 25 ° C - 30 ° C with an output of 5 per day, while after redesign get a room temperature result of 45 ° C - 50 ° C with an output of 33.6 per day.</em></p>Riswanto Agustino SilabanGanda Sirait

<p><em>This study was conducted on employees at UKM Moro Asih, where the process of making meatballs is still carried out without a work table, which can lead to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) in employees. Through the distribution of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, it was found that 2 out of 3 workers had a "Very High" level of musculoskeletal risk, indicating the need for comprehensive and immediate action. To make improvements, the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method was used by designing a work table that fits the employees' body posture. The research results show that the REBA score before using the work table and chair was 7 (moderate risk), while with the proposed work table and chair, the score decreased to 3 (low risk). This significant change indicates that the addition of these facilities effectively reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in employees in the meatball production section.</em></p>Moh Galih Al AyubiSri Zetli

<p><em>This research aims to measure working time during the Print Circuit Board (PCB) inspection process at PT. Flextronic Technology Indonesia and determine optimal time standards to increase work productivity. The method used is a time study by taking samples from one operator in 30 observations for 10 processes. The measurement results show that the standard PCB inspection time is 64 units in 1 hour. Determining standard time takes into account the adjustment factors and allowances required in the work process. The results of this research indicate that the PCB inspection process at PT Flextronic Technology Indonesia is a critical stage in electronics manufacturing to ensure that PCBs meet predetermined specifications and quality standards. Process time measurements were carried out using the time study method and a time standard of 64 units per hour or 508 units per shift was obtained to complete one PCB inspection process.</em></p>YunitiaAnggia Arista

<p> </p> <p><em>The Batam Madani Fishermen's Cooperative is a business that markets equipment, namely equipment for fishing, including fishing rods, hooks, floats, winches, bait and others. With the increasingly complex development of the fishing equipment business, this business requires a computerized system for marketing its fishing equipment. The Batam Madani Fishermen's Cooperative, which until now is still marketing fishing equipment manually, is the process of recording it in a ledger and inputting it into the Microsoft Excel application, which often creates difficulties in providing information in the form of reports on the types of fishing equipment and incoming fishing equipment, fishing equipment that has not been sold, and stock records by interested parties. Another visible satisfaction is that buyers can only view or order goods by coming directly to the Fishermen's Cooperative or by looking at brochures distributed to several areas. However, these methods are considered inefficient for buyers who are far from cooperative. <p><em>This study is conducted at consulting services. However, not all conculting services can be accepted by customers. The author in this study obtained data from up to 30 customer respondents, then carried out IPA and Servqual calculations. Based on the IPA results, the highest score was providing complete service with a Tki level of 83.33 and the lowest was that the staff scheduled meetings with customers quickly. with Tki 43.88. There are 7 statements in Science Quadrant I, 7 statements in Quadrant II and 3 statements in Quadrant III and 6 statements in Quadrant IV.
