PLN (Persero) utilize Contact Center 123 as the front line of communication with customers. The background of the success of other digital innovations such as the PLN Mobile application which has been proven to significantly increase customer satisfaction, emphasizes the urgency of continuous evaluation of all service channels. This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the PLN 123 Contact Center service and provide strategic recommendations for improving quality in the future. The method used is a comprehensive analysis with the PIECES framework, which evaluates six dimensions: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The results of the study showed very satisfactory system performance, with all dimensions achieving a level of conformity above 90%. The Control aspect obtained the highest score (94.81%), while the Efficiency aspect was recorded as the lowest (90.26%). However, the process that is still carried out manually creates various obstacles, such as the accumulation of physical documents, delays in the verification process, the risk of losing data, and the potential for errors in recording attendance. Based on these problems, this study aims to design and implement a web-based Journalist Service Information System (SILAW) to automate all administrative processes involving journalists. The development method used is the prototyping approach, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototyping, user evaluation, system coding, and testing. The system was developed using PHP programming language and PhpMyAdmin database. The implementation results show that this system can improve operational efficiency, speed up the registration process, minimize the risk of data loss, and facilitate the process of recording and reporting journalists' attendance. SILAW provides online registration, digital document management, file validation, automatic attendance recording, and systematic activity report generation. With the implementation of this system, the management of relations between PR and media becomes more effective, structured, and responsive. Pangauban Karinding functions as a digital space that documents, archives, and shares the dynamics of perkarinding strategically and sustainably. Although this platform is already available in the form of a website, the development of a mobile version was carried out to increase accessibility and user engagement, especially among the younger generation who are more familiar with mobile devices. The method used is a prototyping approach with the help of the Figma application, which supports the process of making wireframes, interface design, and testing interactive prototypes. The application design is carried out through the stages of analyzing user needs, creating navigation and display structures, and evaluating functionality through user feedback. The final results show that the proposed UI/UX design is able to provide a more structured, informative, and attractive user experience than the previous platform. Managing goods data is often a challenge for Kober.Kober today, which still uses the manual method of recording one by one through books. This study aims to design a website-based application that can do bookkeeping or recording of goods neatly and make it easy to see stock or new goods to be submitted to the center for reporting learning facilities and infrastructure. To overcome this problem, it can be overcome by CMS (Content Management System). CMS is a system that can change data content dynamically. This inventory website is made using Laravel which is easy to use and also uses Visual Studio Code as a supporting application and uses MySQL as a database to store data. This application will certainly be very easy to use by users with clear information and is not difficult to operate. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with GoPay based on user reviews from the Google Play Store. The classification method used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm, with model validation performed using the K-Fold Cross Validation technique. A total of 3,000 reviews were collected through web scraping and then preprocessed using several text preprocessing steps including cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming. The data was automatically labeled using the IndoBERT model and classified into two satisfaction categories. The classification results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved an accuracy of 92.46%, with a precision of 92.25%, recall of 94.70%, and an f1-score of 93.46%. Validation using 10-fold cross-validation resulted in an average accuracy of 92.23%. These results indicate that the model demonstrates strong classification performance and stable generalization on unseen data. This phenomenon has a negative impact on the quality of education and accreditation, making early identification of students who have the potential to drop out (DO) very crucial. This study aims to apply the Naïve Bayes algorithm to predict the potential for dropout (DO) of ISTEK Widuri students based on data on the activities of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 intakes. Naïve Bayes has proven effective in classifying students at risk of dropping out (DO). The Semester Credit Unit (SKS) attribute is the most dominant indicator, students with low SKS have a high potential for dropping out (DO). Model performance varies for each batch, in the 2021 batch it reached 90% accuracy (100% DO precision, 40% recall), the 2022 batch showed 93.75% accuracy (100% DO precision, 60% DO recall), and the 2023 batch had 86.67% accuracy (100% DO precision, 33.33% DO recall). This model is very good at validating students who are safe from DO (100% recall of Not DO in all batches). Even so, the model still needs to be improved so that it can find all students who are at risk of dropping out (DO) as a whole. The limited use of reusable beverage containers underscores the urgent need for technological innovations that can support efficient waste segregation. Addressing this issue, the present study proposes a computer vision-based image classification system designed to automatically distinguish between reusable and non-reusable drinking containers. This research adopts a quantitative experimental approach, employing the MobileNetV2 architecture through transfer learning techniques. The model was trained with augmented and normalized datasets to enhance its generalization across diverse image inputs. Evaluation results demonstrate strong classification performance, achieving 96% accuracy, 99% precision (for tumblers), 95% recall, and a 97% F1-score. Although it has been downloaded by millions of users, the app has received a variety of responses recorded in the form of reviews on the Google Play Store. This research was conducted to determine the tendency of user opinions through an automated sentiment analysis approach. Review data is collected by utilizing the Google Play Scraper library, then processed through preprocessing stages such as text normalization, character cleaning, tokenization, common word removal, and stemming. Positive and negative sentiment labels are assigned with the help of the IndoBERT pre-trained model. The next process includes conversion of text to numerical form with TF-IDF method and application of Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm for classification. The model is tested using confusion matrix and 10-Fold Cross Validation. The results showed that the majority of user reviews were negative (63.65%), and the classification model achieved 89.25% accuracy, 87.5% precision, 82% recall, and 84.69% F1-score. One of the easiest forms of information systems to develop is a web-based information system. This research aims to develop a web-based information system for Khendy Laundry. Currently, Khendy Laundry still uses a traditional system, namely manual recording and transactions using paper receipts. With this method, customer and order data are sometimes lost due to damaged or lost receipts, so the main goal is to record transactions digitally. The research method used is the Agile method. The results show that this new system successfully reduces the risk of errors and data loss, speeds up, and simplifies report generation. This process was done manually, resulting in the risk of confirmation delays and recording errors. This study aims to design a website-based booking information system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and ease of booking services for prospective brides and grooms. The development method used is the Prototype model, which allows for gradual system improvements based on user feedback. The development stages include needs analysis, system design (use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and flowcharts), and implementation with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XAMPP for the database. System testing used the Black-Box Testing method, ensuring all functions run according to specifications. The result of this study is a web-based information system that includes login features, package booking, payment, data management by admins, and automatic notifications. With this system, the booking process is more structured, faster, and can be monitored in real-time by users and managers. Faznet.<br>Presently, clients have difficulties effectively communicating interruptions owing to manual processes providing scant network performance information. Addressing this communication vacuum, we propose a wireless network monitoring web portal engineered to dynamically present internet conditions in real time (speed, signal quality, status) and enable two-way interactions through disturbance reporting, maintenance advisories, and status updates. The developmental approach applies the Unified Modeling Language (UML), starting with Use Case Diagrams to model user requirements, progressing to Activity Diagrams detailing work processes, Sequence Diagrams sequencing intercomponent operations, and lastly Class Diagrams outlining software structure. It is expected that implementing this system will notably amplify transparency and responsiveness to better serve customers of PT. Faznet. This paper investigates a key challenge in sharing network performance data and service issues with subscribers of an internet provider. The suggested remedy involves designing an online dashboard displaying current network metrics and a feedback mechanism for users and technicians to exchange information on problems, repairs, and network status. The impact of this leak is very broad, causing the risk of phishing, account hijacking, identity theft, ransomware attacks on companies, and misuse of business email. However, this process is often still done subjectively, thus potentially causing a mismatch between interests, abilities, and the chosen study program. This research aims to implement the Random Forest algorithm, analyze the factors that influence acceptance, and determine the performance of the prediction model generated by the Random Forest algorithm in assisting new student admissions for the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) pathway at Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang. This research uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method which consists of 5 stages, namely Data Selection, Preprocessing, Transformation, Data Mining, and Evaluation. The data used was 815 new student data of Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang, which included UTBK scores, school background, and choice of prospective student study programs. In the Transformation and Data Mining stages, 4 data splitting scenarios were carried out, namely 90:10, 80:20, 70:30, and 60:40. The main problem addressed is the annual fluctuation in student enrollment, which complicates capacity and resource planning. The data used includes historical admission records and questionnaire results from 30 respondents, consisting of lecturers, administrative staff, and program management representatives. The analysis focused on three aspects: ease of use, security and reliability, and user satisfaction and benefits of the application. The results indicate that the Mamdani-based prediction application achieved high accuracy and received positive responses from users. The average agreement rate for ease of use was 90%, security and reliability 87%, and satisfaction and benefits 88%. The strength of the Mamdani method lies in its ability to handle linguistic input variables and uncertainty, providing adaptive and relevant prediction results. However, further development is recommended for the automatic backup feature and result verification mechanisms to enhance data security. Overall, the implementation of the Mamdani method for predicting new student enrollment has proven to be practically beneficial for study program management and provides a theoretical contribution to the application of fuzzy logic in higher education. Japfa's Partnership Management Information System based on Android in supporting operational efficiency and enhancing partnership transparency in broiler chicken farming. The research focuses on three main variables: ease of use of the application, security and reliability of the application, and the benefits of the application for farmers. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 farmers partnered with PT. Japfa, and in-depth interviews were conducted to gather further insights into user experiences.The findings indicate that the application facilitates the management of farm operational data through an intuitive interface, and automation features that enhance financial reporting efficiency. However, some farmers requested more intensive training on how to use the application. In terms of security and reliability, the application successfully protects sensitive data and handles system errors effectively, though routine updates are still needed to improve security. Additionally, the application provides significant benefits in terms of partnership transparency, accelerating harvest reporting, and organizing feedstock management more effectively.This research contributes valuable insights into the development of technology-based applications for the livestock sector, particularly in information-based partnership management.
