Perceptions of organizational support and employee engagement are one of the factors that influence high </em><em>turnover intention</em><em>. Employees who have perceptions of organizational support and low levels of employee engagement tend to have a higher intention to leave the company. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how the description, influence and relationship between perceptions of organizational support and employee engagement affect </em><em>turnover intention</em><em>&nbsp;at PT Surganya Motor Indonesia. The population of this study amounted to 640 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 86 people. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that perceived organizational support and employee engagement had a negative and significant effect on </em><em>turnover intention</em><em>. The quantitative descriptive techniques used in this investigation. the procedure of collecting data via a questionnaire. The population of the research consisted of clients of PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) in Batam. The Slovin formula sampling method was used to choose up to 423 respondents. The research's conclusions are as follows: With a significance threshold of less than 0.05, the t test variable utilitarian value (X1) on customer happiness (Y) provided a value of 5.905 that was higher than the t table (5.905 &gt; 1.9719). The smoothness of the production process is not only based on the level of effectiveness in the production process, but also on other processes related to material inventory. If materials are in short supply, the production process will experience disruption which results in financial and non-financial losses. If there is too much material inventory, then the material storage costs borne by the company will be greater. The aim of this research is to maximize material supplies and determine the right time to reorder raw materials. The methods used are EOQ, ROP, and ITO. Data collection was carried out quantitatively at a fish canned food company. This is achieved through understanding the needs and challenges faced by potential users of these technologies. The study focuses on technology adoption factors like effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and price values, and how they influence the behavioral intentions of student research subjects in several universities located in Batam City.</em> <em>To gather data, the researchers employed a random sampling probability technique, and data collection was done using an online questionnaire based on Google Forms. The survey was distributed across various campuses in Batam, and the sample size consisted of 100 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The analysis utilized descriptive analysis, incorporating multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determinations.</em> <em>The findings of the study indicate that the effort expectancy variable positively and significantly influences the behavioral intentions of students in Batam City. Financial institutions function as institutions that collect funds from the community and reuse them for the community, so that community participation can be increased and ultimately the nation's independence in development can be realized. This research uses the Risk Based Bank Rating method which consists of assessments, namely Risk Profile, Earnings and Capital to assess the health level of Persero Conventional Commercial Banks registered with Bank Indonesia for the period 2017 – 2021. Data collection techniques used by the author to obtain secondary data. Data relating to the research object was obtained from the official Bank Indonesia website. The results of this research show that the Risk Profile Conditions for credit risk and liquidity risk for banks that have received the title of less than healthy and quite healthy, banks should be careful in terms of lending. The condition of profitability at Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara and Bank Mandiri, which have a bank health level of composite rank one with the description of being very healthy, needs to be maintained. In addition, direct marketing also allows companies to choose the right and specific consumers so that customer loyalty occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict management on customer loyalty. This research uses descriptive quantitative method which is causal and comparative. The data were obtained by sharing the google form link with 400 respondents, namely people in Batam City as the research sample. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling and the determination of the sample used purposive sampling. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 24 application. Based on a series of statistical test results, it is found that the creation of customer loyalty by paying attention to variables, trust, commitment and communication has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. One of them is marketing through the Shopee marketplace which makes it easy for consumers to purchase a product. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth and promotions on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace in Batam. This research is of a quantitative descriptive type. And the sample used in this research was 400 respondents where this sampling was based on the population in Lubuk Baja District, Batam City. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The test techniques that will be used in this research are validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, R2 test, T test and F test. From this research the results show that electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have there is a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct influence between e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-customer loyalty among e-wallet users. The population is millennials who have attended both formal and non-formal training regarding investment in the capital market. The number of samples in this study was 104 people. Determining the sample used a purposive sampling technique. The research results found that technological developments and income had a positive and significant influence on the millennial generation's stock investment interest. The purpose of this research is to define the role of brand attitude as a variable that mediates the relationship between brand experience and brand love and brand loyalty. Focusing on the level of financial literacy, financial behavior and financial technology, this study aims to identify the extent to which these factors influence financial inclusion through intellectual capital. This study shows that financial literacy has a positive impact on financial inclusion, suggesting that a good understanding of financial concepts encourages more active participation in financial services. Financial behavior also plays an important role in building financial inclusion. Smart behavior in terms of spending, wealth management and investment decisions can improve students' access to financial services that meet their needs. The importance of financial technology in the context of financial inclusion is also apparent from the results of this study. The use of financial technology provides students with more effective and efficient access to financial services, thus expanding opportunities for financial inclusion in the digital age. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with the research object at the Hidayatul Mubtadi-Ien Islamic Boarding School, after carrying out a strategic analysis using SWOT analysis, can maintail the Islamic Boarding School with classical yellow book studies and Al-Qur’an tahfidz as well as weekly recitations which are in great demand by local congregations. Regression analysis method is employed to examine the relationship between these variables and financial performance, measured through financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Data is collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a specific period. The results of the analysis indicate a significant impact of institutional ownership on company financial performance. Higher institutional ownership tends to correlate positively with better financial performance. Conversely, the influence of managerial ownership is not as significant on financial performance. However, ownership structure proves to be a crucial factor; more diversified ownership patterns tend to be positively associated with financial performance. In the context of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, this research provides insights into the factors that can affect corporate financial performance. The implication is that increasing institutional ownership and adopting a diversified ownership structure can be beneficial strategies for companies to achieve better financial performance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how inflation and interest rates affect stock prices at publicly traded consumer products companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sampling method in this study, and 10 companies were eligible to participate. The F test results indicate a substantial effect, which means that both inflation and interest rates simultaneously affect stock prices in a way that makes it possible to examine the regression model used in this study. This research utilized primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to individual taxpayers registered at the South Batam Tax Office. Variables were measured responses using the Likert scale and a risk-assessment game. Additionally, oral interviews were conducted as part of the process. The total respondents numbered 117 taxpayers. Findings reveal that tax penalties do not significantly influence taxpayer compliance at the South Batam Tax Office, while tax authority services do have a significant impact on taxpayer compliance at the South Batam Tax Office.
