Risk management is an attempt to identify, analyze, and control risks in every company activity with the aim of obtaining higher effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the process of implementing Risk Management at Bunda Syariah Hotel in Padang during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang. The data collection method uses interviews. The results showed that the implementation of risk management at the Bunda Syariah Hotel Padang during the Pandemic was carried out in a structured manner through the following stages: identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, analyzing risk treatment. All of these were managed based on emerging risks, and the researchers themselves. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period using the Altman Z-Score model. Data is obtained from published financial reports issued by the official website </em><a href="http://www.idx.co.id"><em>www.idx.co.id.</em></a></p> <p><em>The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sampling technique with purposive Sampling is a technique chosen based on certain considerations, both expert and scientific considerations.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that in 2017-2021 the company is in a financial distress zone which will result in bankruptcy. This is because the Z-Score obtained is small, which is far from the number 2.99. Where the Z-Score value in 2017 was (0.977), in 2018 it was (0.941), in 2019 it was (0.336) and in 2020 it was (-5.810) and in 2021 the Z-Score value was obtained (-5.541). The cause of financial distress at PT. One type of medical device that is indispensable today is a medical mask. Currently, medical masks have many brands, from unknown mask brands to well-known brands. As Niancare masks are still classified as new brand mask, the customers purchase decision are still unstable. In order for Niancare mask to compete with other well-known brands mask, the company must be able to increase the brand awareness and word of mouth so that customers can make purchasing decisions on Niancare brand mask. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of brand awareness and word of mouth towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who have ever bought and used Niancare mask. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression by using SPSS version 25. The results showed that brand awareness and word of mouth simultaneously have significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. The results also showed that brand awareness partially has a significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask as well as word of mouth partially has a significant influence towards customer purchase decision of Niancare mask. The most dominant factor of the two independent variables is word of mouth. Socfin Indonesia Medan. The population in this study were employees of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan.This research method uses a quantitative approach and uses associative reseach with questionnaire data collection techniques. with a sample of 126 people with a saturated sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study can be concluded that together the work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. This study resulted in a calculation that the work environment and workload had a significant effect on the performance of PT. Socfin Indonesia Medan. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas's implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in providing customer service at its headquarters. This type of study employs descriptive qualitative research methodology, where primary data and secondary data are employed to acquire the data required to present an overview of the research. Obtaining primary data through interviews and direct observation. Secondary data comprises of profiles of PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, Human Resource Conditions, and Quality Management in customer support services.According to the findings of the study, the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system to support customer service was nearly ideal. The results of a survey of service providers demonstrate that employees of PT. Pelindo Terminal Petikemas understand and have implemented an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system in supporting customer services. As a result, PT. Seven food and beverage companies that meet the criteria for sampling for this study are included in the study's samples.Company Size, Sales Growth, and Non Debt Tax Shield are the independent variables in this study, while Capital Structure (DER) is the dependent variable.This study uses secondary data, or information that is already available in the form of financial statements that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as the method of data collection.With a significance level of 5%, the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, and Coefficient of Determination are utilized in this study's data analysis method. This study uses time series data in the form of exports, tax revenues, and exchange rates in 2005-2021. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia. Then the data is processed using the Eviews 10 application, after which the data is processed using the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) regression analysis tool and using the classic assumption test. Indomarco Prismatama, better known as Indomaret, with the assistance of more than 500 distributors, Indomaret has developed a minimarket business with 16,000 locations, a full product inventory, 60% company-owned stores, and 40% franchise-owned stores. Both physical and online marketing initiatives are part of Indomaret's marketing plan. The expansion of the market for Indomaret products is the aim of this marketing strategy. The marketing strategy has been modified to meet market demands because of the existence of the internet, and Indomaret's success cannot be separated from the marketing strategy. This study attempts to understand and analyze the Internet Marketing Communication strategy used by Indomaret Batam to manage its business. In this form of research, a qualitative descriptive methodology is employed. Interviews were employed to acquire data and study of the literature. Data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusions, and a credibility and transferability test are the four processes in a Miles and Huberman data analysis. The study's findings revealed the three methods of online marketing communication they employed: (1) applications, such as Indomaret's klik Indomaret, I-Saku, and Indomaret Point; (2) social media platforms including Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter; and (3) websites. Indomaret. The emergence of new media includes these three forms of communication. The dependent variable data is employment, while UMK, TPT, HDI are independent variables sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Java Province. This study uses panel data, namely 38 district/city sectors in East Java. The estimation used is the Fixed Effect Model with analysis used to find the effect of several dependent variables on the independent variable. The results of the study show that partially GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on employment in East Java Province, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) has a negative and significant effect on employment absorption in East Java Province, UMK has a negative and insignificant effect on employment working in East Java Province. Peer to Peer Lending currently offers a variety of loans, including those for businesses, health care, and education, &nbsp;that the general public may access online so that lengthy approval processes are not necessary. The purpose of this study is to understand perceived behavioral control, attitude, and perceived risk as factors affecting how the general public uses fintech peer-to-peer lending. According to this study, all of the sub district that are present in Kota Batam are populous. data collection methodology using kuesioner. By using Jacob Cohen's book, there are 204 responses in this essay. The respondents to this study were people who had used peer-to-peer lending to make loans. Purposive sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. SEM is the analytical technique employed with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. According to the study's findings, perceived behavioral control, attitude, and perception of security all significantly and positively influence interest in batam City residents. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of product sales at PT. High company value will increase market confidence in company performance and company prospects in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of operating performance and market performance on company value by using the capital structure intervening variable (Case Study on Indonesian Retail Companies listed on the IDX 2016-2021). The method used in the analysis of this research is purposive sampling using the Smart PLS 3.3.9 program. The population in this study are companies listed on the IDX with 11 selected samples. The results of the study using Smart PLS prove that profitability has an influence on leverage, double funding, and firm value. Profitability has no effect on Equity. There is an Influence between Market Value with Leverage, Equity, and Double Funding. There is no Influence between Market Value and Company Value. There is an Influence between Leverage and firm Value. There is no Influence between Equity, dual funding on Firm Value. By giving respondents questionnaires, this study uses quantitative methods. 100 people make up the research sample. This research was conducted on SMEs in the City of Bima for 6 (six) months. The research method used is explanatory research using a sample survey approach. Conventionally, explanatory research is used to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study was 3,218 MSME actors with a sample of 34 MSME actors in Bima City using a purposive sampling technique, where the questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability and then processed using SPSS so that the accuracy of the analysis tool could be reliable. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The R Square test results of this study show that 20.8% of the profit can be explained by inventory turnover and liquidity variables, while the remaining 29.2% is explained by other variables not found in the study. The results of the t-test showed that the number of inventories - that &lt; -table or -2.299 &lt; -2.002 and 0.025 &lt; 0.05 significant level, which means that partial inventory turnover has a significant negative effect on profit. Similarly, with the results of t-test of liquidity variable which is 3.159 and significant level of 0.001 &lt;0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on employee performance at a property company in Batam City. The method used in this study was to conduct a survey and distribute questionnaires to five large property companies in Batam City which were used as samples in the study. The number of samples used were 115 samples. The results of the validity test found that all the independent variables or the x variable, the discipline variable, work stress and motivation, and the y variable, namely performance, were all valid with a value above 0.6. The results of the reliability test found that all research variables were reliable. From the results of the study concluded that discipline, work stress and motivation on employee performance at property companies in Batam City. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of marketing communications and promotions on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 57 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. </em>&nbsp;<em>The conclusion in the study that simultaneously marketing and promotion communications have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT.
