The sample in this study was a staff member who worked or had worked in the financial department in the Sorong district, which is 103 staff members with non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling. Data analysis was used using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the research showed that internal controls, organizational culture, capacity, and religiousness have a significant influence on preventing financial reporting fraud. Organizational culture has a significant impact on reliability, whereas internal control has no significant effect on religiousity. Not much previous research quantitatively reviewed the influence of internal control on religuistas, but some qualitative surveys suggested. In another study (Mohamad Djasuli 2021), besides the five elements and principles of internal control within the COSO framework, it was considered necessary to include one of the principles of the control environment. Instagram is a powerful and affordable tool for cafes to promote their products, spread brand awareness, and connect with customers. Studies have shown that using Instagram strategically can inform customers about a coffee shop's offerings, persuade them to visit, and keep them coming back. However, there's a lack of research on how cafes can specifically use Instagram's features to manage their digital marketing communication with customers. This study aims to fill this gap by exploring how coffee shops can effectively use Instagram as a marketing tool. The researchers used interviews and data analysis to gain insights from coffee shop visitors with a research time-period of 3 months. The study confirms that Instagram is a cost-effective way for cafes to quickly reach customers with their promotional messages, compared to traditional marketing methods. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Technique sampling method using the Slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative research which has the aim of finding relationships between variables in a population. The nature the research is in the form of replication. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing strategies. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study utilizes the SOSTAC model, analyzing Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, and Control to comprehensively assess the clinic's digital marketing strategy. The research begins by examining the current state of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing efforts, aligning them with their objectives. The strategic plan outlines how the clinic targets middle to upper-class individuals throughout Indonesia, aiming to become a recognized leader in the beauty and skin health industry. Leveraging the 4Ps model, PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia offers dermatological services and beauty products with standardized pricing. Additionally, the clinic maintains a strong online presence, with multiple strategically located branches and promotional activities. The content creation process and advertising tools are integral to content dissemination. The clinic continuously monitors performance, ensuring alignment with objectives. In the suggestion section, recommendations are offered to enhance the clinic's digital marketing strategy, including responsive website development, localized social media profiles, content marketing, customer engagement, data analytics utilization, personalized services, and strategic online advertising. Recommendations for clinic customers emphasize staying connected through official platforms, sharing feedback, exploring informative content, and benefiting from seasonal offers. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research were all employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Bima Regency, totaling 167 respondents, consisting of 122 employees with civil servant status and 45 honorary staff so that the sample for this study was 122 employees with civil servant status at the Public Works Department. and Bima Regency Spatial Planning. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data in this research were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 assistance. The sample of this research was 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using SEM Amos 22. The results of the research show that there is a significant direct influence between e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-customer loyalty among e-commerce users. There is a partial influence of the mediating impact of e-satisfaction between e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-customer loyalty on e-commerce users. This research is quantitative . The analytical tool used in this research is by using the CAMEL based on the Decree of Directors of Bank Indonesia Number 30/12 / KEP / DIR dated 30 April 1997 concerning Procedures for Evaluation of Health RB . As a benchmark for determining the soundness of a bank after conducting an assessment of each variable,&nbsp; by determining the results of the study were classified into health predicate BPR . The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data, the financial statements of the balance sheet and income statement Delta Sari Kencana years 2022-2023. It also seeks to measure the extent of the influence of these variables through regression analysis, as well as the outcomes of t-tests and f-tests. The study originated from a survey that highlighted various complaints regarding OCB, competence, and motivation within these companies, prompting the researchers to investigate the issue further. The methodology involved conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to 10 property companies in Batam City, deemed representative for the study. A total of 125 respondents were sampled, and several tests were conducted, including validity, reliability, regression, normality, t-test, and f-test. The validity test results indicated that all variables and statements were valid, while the reliability test confirmed the reliability of all statements. The analysis concluded that OCB, competence, and motivation significantly affect employee performance. Both the t-test and f-test results also demonstrated a significant impact on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The independent variable in this study is the motivation variable, while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. The population in this study were 258 employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar city. while the sample amounted to 80 people. The research data was obtained by giving a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. Motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated and influence each other. Employees who feel motivated tend to be more satisfied with their jobs because they feel that the efforts they make are recognized and appreciated. Every company is required to reach the desired target market. The target market can be achieved through consumer purchasing decisions. This target can be achieved with various factors, some of which are Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image. This research aims to determine the influence of Viral Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions for Gen Z Women's Skincare Products in Batam City. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research method is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques. The research sample was 97 respondents. Data was processed using the SPSS v25 program. The research results show that Viral Marketing does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant parties, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that implementing application-based technology for parking payments, enhancing surveillance through CCTV systems, and collaborating with the private sector are effective strategies in reducing illegal parking. Additionally, increasing public awareness through socialization and education also plays a significant role. The implementation of these strategies has successfully increased local revenue from parking fees and reduced the number of illegal parking cases in urban areas.
