Mitra Karya Abadi, Medan, whether work stress and compensation variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Mitra Karya Abadi, Medan and variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at CV. Mitra Karya Abadi, Medan. The population in this study were all employees, while the sampling technique determined the number of samples by using the saturated sample technique, namely where all members of the population consisted of samples. Data collection was based on literature study, and presented a questionnaire. Data analysis methods include Validity and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis 2 Predictors and Person Product Moment Correlation Analysis. The results showed that job stress has a positive effect on employee performance. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. And the compensation variable (X2) has a dominant and significant effect on employee performance (Y) on CV. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method used non-probability sampling method. The results showed that lifestyle and price perception had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the halal label had no effect on purchasing decisions. The higher the lifestyle, the higher the purchasing decision for Wardah lipstick. GREAT SEASONS BATAM https://ejournal.upbatam.ac.id/index.php/jim/article/view/879 <p>Batam as a region with <em>brand</em> a very well-knownthat is due to the geographic location close to Singapore to make Batam into the area local and foreign tourist destinations. Along with these developments, there are many service companies in Batam City. PT. Great Seasons Batam is one of the companies in the field ofservices <em>travel</em> which is located at Ruko Fanido Blok O No 15 Tanjung Uncang Batam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of <em>service quality,</em> to determine the <em>price</em> and <em>promotion</em> carried out by PT. Great Seasons. The problems that occur in PT. Great Seasons is that the quality of service is still not good and there are still many complaints felt by customers, not only that, other problems are that prices are still high and promotions are minimal. The method used is by distributing questionnaires to customers of PT. Greats Seasons in Batam. The number of respondents was 133 respondents. The results of the study show that 1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. 2) Price has an effect on customer loyalty and promotion has no effect on customer loyalty. F test results showed that the variables <em>of service quality</em>&nbsp; (X1) <em>Pric</em>e (X2) and <em>Promotion</em> (X3) influence on <em>Customer Loyalty</em> PT. Great Seasons in Batam. Total of respondents were used in this study were 96 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The data processing technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis which was processed by using SPSS program. The results showed that customer retention was proven to be positively and significantly influenced by service quality and location. The calculated t value for the service quality variable (X1) -0.747 with a significance value of 0.457 and the t count for the location variable (X2) 4.315 with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the Anova table show that the calculated F value is 14,780 with a significance value of 0.000. The level of competition in the business world in the current era of globalization is very tight, this can be seen because every company is always trying to get market share. So the company must be able to determine the right marketing strategy so that its business can survive and deal with competition. The willingness of consumers to buy is directly related to the brand image of a service. By using quantitative methods, this study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, marketing content and brand image on Instagram toward buying interest by taking samples from 96 Dahlia Beauty Salon’s consumers who follow its Instagram accounts. The results of partial data analysis show that social media marketing and content marketing has no significant effect on consumer buying interest, but brand image does. The instrument used in the study to collect data was a questionnaire with a total of 394 respondents. Using validity tests and reliability tests to test data quality, multiple linear regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2) testing are used to test their effects, while t tests and F tests to test hypotheses using the help of SPSS version 25. Results from the adjusted determination coefficient (R2) test showed that CRM, trust and user value had a 12% effect on user satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers who had bought YOU cosmetic products at the Balqis Kosmetik store and the sample was set at 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire through the media google form. Answer using a Likert scale from one to five. The results are all valid and reliable questions. The regression results show that the advertising attractiveness and price perception variables are positive and significant, while the electronic word of mouth (ewom) variable is negative and insignificant. The object of the research is PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry, Tbk. The data used is secondary data obtained from the idx.co.id website. The data studied is data from 2016 to 2020. From the results of the study, it can be known that the debt to equity ratio does not have a significant influence on the company's ability to obtain profits. The company's external funding (debt to equity ratio) in 2016 to 2019 has a stable value. But in 2020, the company's debt to equity ratio will increase significantly. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method used non-probability sampling method. The results showed that competitors' advertisements had a positive effect on brand switching, while word of mouth marketing and price perception had no effect on brand switching. The higher the competitor's advertisements, the higher the switching of other brands to Telkomsel.
