PENYULUHAN HUKUM TENTANG ASPEK HUKUM DAN ADMINISTRASI YAYASAN BAGI PENGURUS YAYASAN SYAHRON BADAWI DI KECAMATAN SAGULUNG KOTA BATAM

Abstract

Foundations are legal entities that play an important role in social, religious, and humanitarian activities in society. However, in practice, many foundation administrators still lack an adequate understanding of the legal and administrative aspects of foundation management in accordance with statutory provisions. This is also found at the Syahron Badawi Foundation in Sagulung District, Batam City, which in carrying out social and religious activities still faces obstacles in understanding organizational governance, the separation of authority between foundation organs, and administrative obligations and activity reporting. This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding of foundation administrators regarding the legal and administrative aspects of foundations. The method of implementation of the activity is carried out through legal counseling with a lecture approach, material presentations, and interactive discussions and questions and answers. The material provided includes the position and responsibilities of foundation organs, legal administrative obligations, and legal risk mitigation in foundation management. The results of the activity indicate an increase in the understanding of foundation administrators regarding foundation governance in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Through this activity, it is hoped that foundation administrators will be able to apply the principles of transparency, accountability, and good governance so as to minimize potential legal problems and increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the foundation's social and religious programs.
