This study aims to determine whether influencer endorsements, </em><em>customer reviews, and perceived quality influence purchasing decisions for Skintific products on </em><em>TikTok Shop, both individually and collectively. A systematic and structured quantitative approach </em><em>was used, located in Batu Aji District, Batam City. The population included all Natasha Skincare </em><br /><em>users in the area, and a sample of 100 people was determined using a purposive sampling method. </em><br /><em>Respondents were active users of Natasha Lightening Night Cream. Data were collected through a </em><em>questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Viral marketing has been proven </em><em>effective in increasing purchase intention through the distribution of interactive content on social </em><em>media. Brand ambassadors contribute to building a positive image and emotional attachment to the </em><em>product. In the midst of the pandemic, the working world underwent a significant transformation. Flexibility and balance between work and personal life became a top priority, especially for Generation Z employees. Generation Z has entered productive age and started joining the workforce. The digital technology environment that <br>accompanies their growth makes Gen Z have various advantages. However, this generation also faces new challenges. Gen Z frequently switches workplaces even within months. At the same time, hybrid working emerged as a work model considered to provide comfort. The lack of social interaction and direct collaboration in this system poses challenges because it can lead to decreased team harmony. The implementation of hybrid working requires greater attention from companies to maintain Generation Z’s loyalty. The phenomenon of low MSME performance, which is demonstrated by fluctuating turnover, stagnant profitability, and a lack of </em><em>competitiveness, is the result of a lack of structured business strategy planning and ineffective use of accounting information systems. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and it was tested for validity and reliability. Selanjutnya, tes klasik asumsi, tes multiple linear regression, tes parsial, dan tes simultan dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS.The results indicate that business strategy has a </em><em>positive and significant impact on SME performance, and SIA also has a positive and significant impact on SME performance. With an adjusted R² coefficient of 0.751, 75.1% of the variation in SME performance can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 24.9% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Elementary school children, particularly in rural areas, are increasingly disconnected from their cultural roots due to the absence of learning spaces suited to their characteristics as digital natives. This study proposes the concept of a “Digital Culture School” as an integrative strategy to strengthen cultural preservation, develop creative human resources, and promote community-based edutourism. The concept is based on a case study of the Pesinauan program in Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi—a traditional school initiated by the Osing community and conducted </em><br><em>regularly every weekend. The method used is a conceptual-reflective approach, employing literature review and content analysis of Pesinauan documentation and relevant scholarly sources. The findings indicate that integrating direct cultural learning with the use of digital media can enhance children's participation, reinforce cultural documentation, and create a flexible and replicable educational model. This research uses a qualitative method by applying a Formalistic Approach based on LG Alexander's theory. Data collection techniques are carried out through close reading and analyzed using content analysis to interpret the thematic and </em><em>structural elements of the text. The findings show that this poem functions primarily to commemorate the war hero as a form of noble sacrifice for the homeland. This poem represents a romanticized form of patriotism, typical of early World War I literary works. The analysis identifies the use of one structural device (illustration), one meaning device (metaphor), and two sound devices: rhyme (with eight different patterns) and rhythm (with a consistent structure of six syllables). A total of 384 respondents were selected through random sampling </em><em>techniques, representing various age groups, genders, education, and location. The results show that </em><em>Instagram and TikTok are the dominant platforms among young users, especially women, while </em><em>Facebook and YouTube are more widely used by men. The Chi-Square test confirmed a significant </em><em>relationship between gender and social media platform preferences (χ² = 29.45; p &lt; 0.001). Job demands, performance targets, and the dynamics of social relationships at work can trigger stress that negatively affects employee productivity and well-being. However, low awareness and social stigma surrounding mental health issues often result in </em><em>stress going undetected at an early stage. This study aims to identify employee stress levels at a company in Batam City using a data mining approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires based on the DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales), which measures three main aspects: stress, anxiety, and depression. The data were analyzed using the Python programming language, with stages including preprocessing, transformation of scale values into numerical form, and the construction of a classification model using the C4.5 algorithm (Decision Tree Classifier). The results showed that the classification model was able to identify stress levels with an accuracy of 67%. The best performance was observed in the moderate stress class (class 1), </em><br><em>with a precision value of 0.71 and a recall of 0.79. In contrast, the classification performance for minority classes such as no stress (class 0) and severe stress (class 2) was relatively low. These findings suggest that the C4.5 algorithm is reasonably effective in recognizing dominant stress patterns but requires further data processing and class-balancing techniques to improve overall model performance. The system is designed to operate </em><em>autonomously in a limited-space MSME warehouse environment, equipped with a gripper and </em><em>forklift mechanism to pick, lift, and deliver box-shaped goods. The dataset used includes ±300 </em><em>images at various distances, positions, and lighting conditions. The test results show that the </em><em>detection accuracy reaches 96.67% in low-light conditions and 83.33% in high-light conditions. The </em><em>robot is able to operate for 1 hour 15 minutes with a maximum lifting capacity of 1 kg and optimal </em><em>performance at loads up to 700 g. This issue is notably experienced by cocoa bean farmers in Southeast Sulawesi. In response to this, the present study examines the development and implementation of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based information system utilizing fuzzy logic algorithms to predict and recommend cocoa bean selling prices in real time. The system also visualizes real time market price fluctuations through dynamic graphs. Designed not only to enhance farmers’ acces to timely and accurate market information, the system also aims to improve their </em><em>bargaining power and contribute to more transaparent and equitable pricing practice. Furthermore, the system serves as decision support tool for local governments by providing reliable, data driven insights for policy formulation. Research used SWOT approach and was analyzed descriptively </em><em>qualitatively. The prediction system achieved an accuracy rate of 92%, determined by comparing product price values calsulated using fuzzy logic algorithms with actual market prices. This process often causes delays, risks of document loss, and limited transparency and data accuracy. This study aims to design and develop a </em><br><em>web-based Student Internship Service Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, emphasizing speed and direct user involvement at each stage. Data were collected through field observations, informal interviews, document analysis, and literature review, then processed through requirement planning with a fishbone diagram, system design using UML and ERD in the design workshop stage, and implementation with the Laravel framework. The system includes modules for registration and authentication, document uploads, daily logbook recording and printing, an admin dashboard for participant management, and digital certificate and grade generation. Black-box testing was applied to all modules, including registration, authentication, document uploads, logbook recording, participant management, and certificate and grade generation. Tests with various input scenarios verified that each function worked according to specifications. Results show that all modules functioned well, with no errors in core processes, providing accurate feedback and supporting real-time tracking of internship status. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the use of the SPKA application is still not optimal and lacks attention to user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, causing inconvenience for users when using the application. The goal of the testing is to update the UI/UX of the SPKA application by applying the design thinking method. The choice was made for the design thinking approach because it emphasizes creativity in creating new solutions and places a strong emphasis on understanding user needs. This study includes data collection and analysis involving five stages of the design thinking method, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The application of the design thinking method in the development of UI/UX interfaces produces </em><br /><em>results that can achieve the goals of the method to enhance user satisfaction and utility. Support depends on the results of testing with the System Usability Scale method for the SPKA application, which achieved a final score of 85 and received a B classification on the assessment scale. Thus, this indicates that users appreciate the high level of usability of the SPKA application. This study aims to design and implement a web/mobile-based management information system for reporting cleaning service performance, addressing issues of manual recording such as data inaccuracy, monitoring </em><br><em>difficulties, and delays in report generation. The development method applied was the Waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, while the system was tested using black-box testing on all main features. The test results showed that all test scenarios (login, report input, supervisor verification) achieved a "Match" status or a 100% success rate, demonstrating that the application works as intended. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires </em><em>to active users of the LAPOR website, with instruments designed referring to indicators in the Webqual 4.0 model. Data analysis was carried out to measure user perceptions of the website quality, as well as to identify aspects that still need improvement. The results of the analysis show that the quality of </em><br /><em>the LAPOR South Sumatra website is generally in the good category with an average score of 3.80 for usability, 3.72 for information quality, and 3.65 for service interaction quality, especially in the Information Quality dimension. The research method uses a </em><em>quantitative approach with survey and interview techniques. The population in this study is all </em><em>production employees, with a sample of 45 production employees of PT. Z determined through a </em><em>saturated sampling method. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for </em><em>validity and reliability, and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to examine the </em><em>relationship between variables. The results show that the implementation of OHS has a positive and </em><em>significant effect on employee performance. OHS indicators such as safe working conditions, OHS </em><br><em>education and training, the creation of a healthy work environment have been proven to be able to </em><em>improve work quality, work quantity, and work time. These findings indicate that the better the </em><em>implementation of OHS, the higher the productivity and quality of work produced by employees. The decision to work while studying often presents unique challenges for students. Fatigue resulting from academic and work pressures is a common risk faced by students who are employed. On the one hand, students must fulfill their academic obligations, such as assignments, <br>exams, and projects, which require significant time and concentration. On the other hand, work demands additional time and energy, often involving heavy targets and responsibilities. The combination of academic and professional demands can lead to fatigue among students who are not working. In this context, analyzing fatigue among working students is crucial. This study was <br>conducted on students at one of the universities in Batam. Fatigue was measured using the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire. The results of data processing and analysis showed that 2.57% of students were in the very low fatigue category, 9.65% experienced low fatigue, 27.33% experienced <br>moderate fatigue, 47.27% experienced high fatigue, and 13.18% experienced very high fatigue. The source of this tsunami occurred suddenly and without any warning </em><em>signs by the public. We suspect that the tsunami at Mount Anak Krakatau was a longsoran tebing </em><em>Gunung Anak Krakataue phenomenon, where the side of the volcano collapsed directly into the </em><em>surrounding seawater, triggering the propagation of tsunami waves. These waves propagated </em><em>transversely following the ocean-bottom bathymetry structure around the tsunami source to the </em><em>tsunami-affected area. This study used topographic and bathymetry data from FABDEM and </em><em>BATNAS, respectively. To support smooth operation and maintenance activities, a </em><em>method is needed that can quickly access information on the condition of irrigation structures in each </em><em>irrigation area using a Spatial Data System, which provides links via HTML Popup, containing </em><em>information on the condition of the irrigation structures. The evaluation employed the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and the Certainty Factor (CF) approach. UEQ </em><em>results indicate that the application delivers a highly satisfying user experience, with the highest scores on stimulation (1.68) and attractiveness (1.60), both categorized as Excellent. These results suggest that the application provides an engaging and enjoyable interactive experience. Other dimensions </em><em>such as clarity (1.34), efficiency (1.37), accuracy (1.18), and novelty (1.20) fall into the Good category, indicating the system is intuitive, functional, and reliable, though there is still room for improvement.In terms of expert system performance, the Certainty Factor method successfully delivered relevant diagnostic results. Tricodiniasis emerged as the primary diagnosis with 100% </em><em>confidence based on the user's selected symptoms. This is exacerbated by the lack of accurate early detection and often leads to delayed diagnosis. This results in academic difficulties for children with autism spectrum disorder. The research team proposed a Fuzzy Logic-based conceptual model, specifically applying the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP), as a tool for early detection of autism potential in children. </em><br><em>The FAHP approach was chosen due to its ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity that are </em><em>closely related to the assessment of child characteristics, thus enabling more objective identification. </em><em>The data used in this research is sourced from the Kaggle dataset which consists of 6075 records, 14 </em><em>attributes, and 1 label. The dataset obtained is cleaned and then processed using FAHP. The results of </em><em>this study are FAHP scores and autism risk levels. The data used consists of digital transaction records from the residents of Ciheulang Tonggoh Village, with attributes such as transaction amount, payment method, number of transactions, and total spending. The research process includes data collection, preprocessing, model training, and evaluation using standard </em><em>classification metrics.</em><br><em>The developed KNN model achieved an accuracy of 80% in classifying transactions into “Normal” </em><em>and “Addiction” categories. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for patient data management and real-time medical consultations by </em><em>applying the Waterfall development model, which consists of the stages of planning, analysis, design, </em><em>implementation, testing, and maintenance. The main features of this system include online patient </em><em>registration and real-time consultation services with medical professionals, with three types of </em><em>users: doctors, who can view and respond to patient messages; nurses, who manage registration </em><em>data; and patients, who can register and consult online. The technologies used include ReactJS for </em><em>the user interface (front-end), NodeJS and ExpressJS for the server side (back-end), and MongoDB </em><em>as the database, with JavaScript as the primary programming language. This research aims to develop a gamified </em><em>Android-based mathematics learning Application for the topic of fractions. The development method</em><br><em>used the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which includes the stages of </em><em>requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The Application was designed </em><em>with the integration of gamification features such as levels and challenges to enhance student motivation </em><em>and understanding. The Application was tested through five stages: black box testing, compatibility</em><br><em>testing, media expert testing, material expert testing, and user testing. The results of the black box test </em><em>showed that all features functioned as planned. The functionality test results indicated that the </em><em>Application can run properly on all devices with at least Android version 11. This study aims to design a </em><em>standard production process framework based on GMP indicators to improve the process quality in </em><em>snack food SMIs. The research employs a case study approach with a mixed-methods design at a chip￾producing SMI in Batam City. The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology </em><em>was applied to analyze historical defect data, observations, and in-depth interviews. Initial </em><em>measurement results showed a defect rate of 12.3% and a GMP audit score of 58%. The analysis </em><em>revealed the root causes of the defects, namely the absence of SOPs, machine instability, and an </em><em>unsupportive layout. The proposed solution is a framework encompassing layout modification, SOP </em><em>development, training programs, and a daily monitoring checklist form integrated with GMP </em><em>indicators. In its operational practices, this store faces several obstacles, </em><em>such as an unorganized service flow, the use of time-consuming manual procedures, and the lack of </em><em>systematically documented business process documentation. This study aims to design a business </em><em>process modeling at Rafah Store using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) approach </em><em>as an effort to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The approach used in this study is </em><em>descriptive qualitative, with data collection methods through direct observation, interviews, and </em><em>analysis of store operational activity documents. This study resulted in a core business process </em><em>modeling that includes product ordering flow, customer service, inventory management, and </em><em>financial reporting processes. BPMN is used to clearly visualize the workflow and the roles of each party involved. The application of this BPMN model allows management to more easily identify </em><em>inefficient processes, speed up service times, and improve coordination between departments. In </em><em>addition, this model also has the potential to become a foundation for the development of a more </em><em>integrated information system in the future. The Independent Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka) is designed as a strategy to equip </em><em>students with essential material, 21st-century skills, and strong character development. One of the </em><em>main obstacles to learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in elementary schools is students' low </em><em>problem-solving abilities, as shown by the results of the PISA 2022 international survey. Innovation </em><em>in learning media is needed, one of which is through the development of videos based on a deep </em><em>learning approach that can deepen conceptual understanding, support contextual learning, and </em><em>train higher-order thinking skills. This study aims to develop a deep learning-based learning video to </em><em>improve students' problem-solving skills in the IPAS subject. The research method uses the ADDIE </em><em>development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and </em><em>evaluation. A trial was conducted on sixth-grade students of SDN Karang Satria 04, Bekasi Regency, </em><em>using needs questionnaires, expert validation, and problem-solving tests. The results showed that the </em><em>media was deemed "very valid" and "practical," with 95% of students interested in learning IPAS </em><em>through videos. The analysis results showed that the highest flour yield was obtained by soaking using distilled water at 4.6%, followed by salt water at 4%, and fresh water at 3.73%. The highest protein content of flour was found in fresh water treatment at 30.6%, while the highest fat content was found in flour soaked in salt water reaching 20.59%, much higher than fresh water (5.03%) and distilled water (10.57%). The highest ash content was also observed in the saltwater treatment (32.57%). Soaking in fresh water produces the highest crude fiber content, namely 17.16%, followed by salt water 11.24% and distilled water 5.3%. The carbohydrate content in flour varies between 32.84% to 39.6%. This difference in composition is thought to be caused by variations in salinity and water chemical properties which affect the extraction of nutrients and fiber in seaweed.
