PENGARUH DISIPLIN, ETIKA KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SENTOSA PRIMA UTAMA
Abstract
At this time in an organization human resources become part of it. most importantly, especially in service companies in carrying out the company's main goals. The success of a company is determined by the human resources owned by the company in implementing performance-oriented programs. Managers play a role in managing existing resources so that the company can compete with other companies by increasing discipline in work, good work ethics, and a comfortable work environment in order to improve employee performance. This research purpose to determine the effect of discipline, work ethics, and environment on the performance of employees of PT Sentosa Prima Utama. The method used is a quantitative survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used in this study were 106 employees of PT Sentosa Prima Utama by using the saturated sample technique. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that simultaneously discipline, work ethics, and the environment had a positive effect with an F value of 59.365> 2.69 F table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 on the employee performance of PT Sentosa Prima Utama.
