KINERJA KANTOR KELURAHAN KIBING DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBUATAN KTP

Electronic Identity Card (KTP-el) is a National Identity Card equipped with a chip which is an official identity of the resident as proof of identity issued by the Implementing Agency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the Kibing village office in increasing public awareness of making Electronic Identity Cards. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative method using data collection techniques, interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The data source of this research consists of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Kibing Village Office in Raising Public Awareness of Making KTP-el has not been fully implemented properly, based on the five indicators used, namely the productivity is not optimal because there are still residents who do not have an electronic KTP, residents who already have a Kibing domicile KTP, and citizens who already have an electronic KTP with not a Kibing domicile, Service quality is not optimal, due to the absence of a strategy from the Kibing Village Office in improving the quality of KTP making services and the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure in terms of supporting the implementation of KTP making services, Responsiveness is good, because Employees can respond responsively to community needs and socialization to the community through RT and RW, Responsibility is good, where each employee has carried out their respective duties and responsibilities in accordance with Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) held, Accountability is quite good, because the employees of the Kibing Village Office have been able to represent the interests of its citizens from the way the Kibing Kelurahan Office employees provide socialization by informing about KTP making services through RT and RW and making monthly performance reports that will be used as an evaluation of the results of employee performance in KTP making services.
