ABSTRACT
In a company, human resources are used as a position that has an important role because in the target control process it will directly involve them. Need proper management to develop this activity. In this study, to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on the performance of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa employees. At the company PT Graha Dwi Perkasa has a lack of motivation for employees to carry out their work properly. It can be seen from the low level of employee work discipline. Leadership is less concerned with existing problems, resulting in employee performance not achieving the desired target. Employees at PT Graha Dwi Perkasa have poor performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Graha Dwi Perkasa, namely 115 employees. The sampling technique of this research is the saturated sample, where the sampling uses the entire population. It was concluded that the sample was 115 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. The data processing method in this study uses SPSS 25. Based on the test results, it is stated that motivation and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
