Pembuatan Aplikasi Keuangan Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus: Ide Teknik Engineering Solo)

Abstract

The creation of a website-based financial application (case study: Ide Teknik Engineering Solo) aims to design and build a financial management system to address unintegrated manual recording. The scope of the system includes recording income, expenses, and presenting financial reports. The software development method used is the waterfall method with stages of needs analysis, system design (Flowchart, DFD, ERD), implementation using PHP, HTML, and MySQL, as well as system testing using blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The results of the study indicate that the application is able to help manage sales data, purchases, bank cash, operational costs, journals, receivables, payables, and various financial reports such as profit and loss statements, cash flow, balance sheets, tax reports, and general journals. Blackbox testing shows that all system functions run according to the designed needs and specifications. Meanwhile, based on the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) questionnaire for 15 respondents, a percentage value of 86% was obtained, indicating that the application received a positive response and was very well received by users. This web-based financial application is effective and efficient in assisting the process of recording and managing finances at Ide Teknik Engineering Solo, as well as increasing the accuracy and ease of creating financial reports.
