Abstract

ABSTRACT

The first stock exchange in Indonesia was established on 1912 in Batavia during the

Dutch colonial era. The method in this research uses purposive analysis method

with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 53 companys in

2015 until 2019 and a sample of 7 companys. The purposive sampling technique

uses the saturated sample formula by taking the entire population into a sample.

Data using analyzed multiple linear regression analysis methods and supported by

data processing using SPSS version 25. Had training a positive and significant

effect on profitability, based on the results of t with t count> t table (0,499 < 2,037)

and the value of significant 0,621 > 0,05, debt equity ratio has a positive and

significant effect on employee performance based on results with t count < t table

(2,379 < 2,037) and a significant vaIue of 0,023 < 0,05, current ratio and debt to

equity ratio simultaneously have a positive effect on profitability , calculated f value

of 3,560> 3,295 (F table) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.000. It can be

concluded that current ratio and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a positive

effect on Profitability
