Abstract

Leadership in the form of a system that is used to control and unify a company's work system. Each company consists of the most basic system that constitute the culture of the organization and is developed into a motto for the company. The conclusion of the research found that management leadership and organizational culture are positively related to employee performance. The conclusion of the study also display that organizational culture is positively related to employee performance, management leadership is positively correlated to employee performance, and management leadership is positively correlated to organizational culture. This research aims to find out the effect of management leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT Giken Precision Indonesia in the Batam area, with 117 workers as resource persons. Based on the conclusion of data processing and sample testing, it is known that: (1) leadership affects employee performance, (2) organizational culture affects employee performance, and (3) leadership and organizational performance. Culture also affects employee performance. Data were collected and tested using SPSS version 25. The conclusion of the SPSS study show that the variables of management leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance variables, t value <0.05. F count and significant value < 0.005.
