Ojek online berbasis internet, such as Go-jek, can make the populace more modern if they
want to be engaged and help with daily needs. Communication between drivers and
passengers might become strained during the Go-jek delivery process, which makes the
subject eager to carry out this study with the goal of understanding and describing the type
of communication used by the two main government agencies in Kota Batam. Deskriptif
kualitatif is the type of analysis that is used. The information in the exhibit is relevant to the
active citizens of Kota Batam. The data collection methods used in this study are observation
and interview. The conclusion of this study is that the new form of customer communication
in Kota Batam is the driver gojek application. The process of communication starts with the
sender of the message contacting the receiver of the message via the Go-Jek app, after
which the message will be sent as a form of confirmation. Once the message is sent,
intergroup communication will break down and result in an effect.
