Abstract

Along with the development of worldwide era, we already get into the era that full of technology that can help us relieve many works. Many water resources is wasted on unattended water tub because busyness of people on this worldwide era. Actually people can predict the time when water tub is full but it will consume time, energy and would be forgotten because of the busyness. So that in this worldwide era there is a device named Arduino which can be used to create a technology that boost our creativity. Water tap is a tool that was invented with water pipe. This item is not odd to many people. We usually fill our tub with water to bath, wash, cook. To substitute water tap, there is a device named Solenoid Valve. We can use Solenoid Valve to control the flow of water with electricity so that it can close automatic which replace the function of ordinary water tap. With ultrasonic sensor and microcontroller Arduino we can control the Solenoid Valve so that it can work with command. Coding command of mikrocontroler Ardunio can be written with an software named Arduino IDE with is open-source, multiplatform and also easy to use
