Abstrak

Mengejar kebutuhan pembelajaran abad ke-21, para pendidik saat ini secara bersamaan ditugaskan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mata pelajaran inti dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar, diperlukan model pembelajaran yang efektif oleh siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pengakomodasian kompetensi intrapersonal dan interpersonal dalam model pembelajaran yang ada dalam mata kuliah menulis PSPBI. Data yang digunakan adalah komponen model pembelajaran pada lima silabus mata kuliah menulis dari lima perguruan tinggi yang berbeda beserta kegiatan belajar mengajarnya. Desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini diikuti dengan analisis dokumen dan observasi sebagai instrumennya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang ada sebagian besar menggunakan metode Direct Instruction dan Computer-Assisted Instruction yang didukung oleh Behavioral Approach, serta Reciprocal Teaching dan Scaffolding yang didukung oleh Cognitive Approach. Penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dan akomodasi Kompetensi Intrapersonal & Interpersonal sebagian besar terjadi hanya pada komponen Technique; Kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dalam menerapkan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, tidak ada universitas yang menggunakan indikator Manajer Proyek. Juga, dalam mengakomodasi Kompetensi Intrapersonal, tidak ada universitas yang menempatkannya pada komponen pertama Approach: Deskripsi Mata Kuliah. Sedangkan Kompetensi Interpersonal diakomodasi pada seluruh komponen model pembelajaran yang ada. Studi ini menyarankan peneliti yang akan datang untuk melakukan studi lebih lanjut tentang model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kompetensi intrapersonal & interpersonal di tingkat penelitian lain dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang ada untuk membantu pendidik mengejar kebutuhan pembelajaran abad ke-21.
